HOW TO MAKE PALM KERNAL OIL FOR HEALING OILMENT
AND ALSO AS AFRICAN LOCAL COUGH SYRUP
Materials Needed For Production
• Palm kernel nuts
EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR PRODUCTION.
• Cooking stove or outdoor firewood burner whichever is convenient for you.
• An empty pot that is not useful in the home.
GETTING STARTED
• Crack out the nuts from the palm kernel as much quantity as you can or you buy already cracked from the market.
• Measure out 2cups of palm nuts
• Pour into a pot and place on fire to heat.
• Allow to heat for almost 15 to 20mins ,lid of pot tightly close
• Open and stir, leave for another 10mins
• Put down the pot for it to cool.
• Filter into a bottle with your funnel and return the kernel back to the pot, close lid and repeat process one more time for more oil.
• Pour in any container or bottle for use, as a healing oilment or even as cough syrup for adult and babies.
